My wife and I would like to thank you for all your hard work in securing our reservation in Italy. I know that it is your job, however, your perseverance and professionalism deserve to be recognized. We know there were some difficult circumstances and there was extremely limited availability but you did not let anything deter you. You were determined to secure for us our dream vacation for our 40th Wedding Anniversary and you did it!! In these days the service industry is often criticized for lack of responsiveness to the public, so in an instance like this when you went above and beyond what could ever be expected, you should be applauded. Although it took quite a long time you never left us hanging, but kept us informed and were always full of encouragement. Our only regret is that we cannot bring you with us now on the trip. We certainly did have a great time on our two visits to Fairfield Smoky Mountains. On our first visit, we were not on their expected guest list but upon contacting Carefree Journeys it was worked out in a matter of minutes. Our second visit was flawless. We hope to repeat the process next year and will get back with you when we come up with some dates. We also are interested in going to Hershey, PA in the spring and want to use our Carefree Journeys membership for lodging. "My husband and I were desperate to get rid of our timeshare. As a way of saying thank you, we were given a year's membership with Carefree Journeys. For several years our family has been planning a family reunion and since this summer will by my husband's 80th birthday, I thought this would be the perfect summer for this celebration. Julie stayed in touch with me and answered all of our questions and within a week we had our reunion planned. This would not have happened without her generous help.
