As a member of Carefree Journeys, we are dedicated to serving your travel and leisure needs, and, in doing so, to respect your privacy. We have established this privacy policy to inform our members how we will do so.

Membership registration information

When you become a member of Carefree Journeys, you provide your name(s), address(es), email address(es), a unique login name, a password, password validation, and other personal information. This information is collected initially on the Carefree Journeys Assignment Form and online when you register for several reasons, including: to provide personal identification; to request and complete reservations and bookings; to allow us to contact you regarding such requests and reservations and for other customer service purposes; to customize the content of the Carefree Journeys website to suit the needs and requirements of members; to enhance the products and services we offer to you; and to improve the content and ease of use of the Carefree Journeys website. As indicated below, you will have the opportunity to update your personal information following the acceptance of your membership application. As a Carefree Journeys member, you may be contacted by us via mail, email, facsimile and/or by our membership services representatives or third parties regarding product and service enhancements, special offers, and other news and updates relating to your membership and membership benefits. You may designate the manner in which you prefer us to communicate with you, and you may decline to receive communication from us by informing us in writing at Carefree Journeys, LLC, 8545 Commodity Circle, Suite 125, Orlando, FL. 32819.

Member Profile
Carefree Journeys members may choose to provide information regarding travel and destination preferences, credit card billing information, product and services interests, and other personal information. We use this information to serve the individual needs of our members better, and, particularly, to assist members to make reservation requests and receive reservation confirmations without requiring our membership services representatives to enter the same information repeatedly each time we serve you. We do our best to protect this information but cannot guarantee the security of any information posted on the internet.
Marketing
As part of the services that Carefree Journeys supplies to our members, we provide regular updates on travel and leisure opportunities that may be of interest to our members. We assume that our members are interested in hearing about these opportunities so that they can best take advantage of their membership. However, if you are a member of the Concierge Service but you do not want to receive further marketing communications from us, please let us know through the contact details above and we will endeavor to fulfill your request.

Contests and Surveys
We may sponsor contests to give our members the opportunity to win travel and leisure products and services. Winners will receive a 1099 for the value of their winnings and they are responsible for the reporting of any and all taxes. Information we collect as a result of such contests can include responses to survey questions regarding the particular travel, destination, and service needs of our members. Because we value the thoughts and opinions of our members, we also frequently conduct online surveys. We use the information we collect from contests and surveys to understand the needs and requirements of our members better, to enhance existing products and services, and to develop new products and services customized to the individual needs of our members.
IP Addresses
We collect IP addresses to evaluate our servers and for system administration.
Sharing the Information We Receive
When you request, reserve, or purchase travel or leisure products through us, we provide information about you to airlines, rental car companies, cruise lines, hotel or resort groups, and other travel and leisure providers as necessary to fulfill your requests and reservations. In addition to the circumstances described above, we may disclose member information if we are required to do so by applicable law, including a court order or a request from a law enforcement agency. We may also disclose and use such information if we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is required, including, without limitation, in circumstances to protect the rights and property of Carefree Journeys, LLC or any of its affiliates, any other Carefree Journeys member(s), or any other person(s) to whom a legal duty may be owned. In the event of the sale of a part or all of the Carefree Journeys’ business, member information may be transferred to the purchaser of the business.

We may also offer links from our website to other websites operated and maintained by third parties. This privacy policy does not cover the information collection and privacy practices and policies of any such website or its owner or operator.

Children
Carefree Journeys is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

Accessing and Updating Your Information
You may access, view and update your personal information through this website after satisfying appropriate security requirements.
Changes to This Policy
We may amend, supplement, or revise this policy, in whole or in part, as required by applicable law or by good business practices, and any such amendment, supplement, or revision shall be effective upon its inclusion in this website.
